Bo bo started her career in pet grooming with a focus on cats. She began as a basic assistant and worked her way up to become a pet groomer and eventually a pet grooming instructor.
Currently, she hold responsibilities within the Hong Kong and Macau region for the China Light Industry Pet Association and she is a national-level evaluator and judge.

With extensive experience in cats grooming ,
Bo bo approach the entire process while keeping the cat’s emotions in mind. Even with challenging cats, she manage to calm them down during baths and grooming, transforming them into well-behaved felines. Understanding feline behavior has allowed her to achieve initial goal of becoming a cat behavior specialist.

Robin Yip has been a China-American trader for more than 30 years. During a fortuitous encounter, he got involved in the pet industry and spent seven years studying its unique development opportunities. Understanding an industry often requires starting from the ground up, but he thoroughly enjoys the time spending with pets.
Keep learning to create breakthroughs
In the process of learning, Robin continuously researched and studied, eventually obtaining an internationally recognized pet grooming instructor license.
He have been involved in various projects, including curriculum development for schools, organizing lectures at schools, opening pet shops, establishing pet schools, and serving as an assistant in pet grooming courses conducted by charitable organizations and government agencies.
Robin was recently invited to join the organization of the China Light Industry Pet Association. Involved in event planning and coordination, Attract pet industry product sponsors to participate in pet grooming competitions, aiming to enhance communication and skills exchange in the pet industry among pet groomers between the two regions.
Additionally, he have organized the academic exchange between Hong Kong and Malaysia’s pet industry.
